Elaine Dawson-Burden has been an attorney for over 20 years and has extensive experience in personal injury and insurance defense litigation.  She is an assertive advocate for our clients and furthers the firm’s core  principles of providing aggressive representation with personal attention to the particular needs of the client. Her organized and disciplined approach to the practice of law is reflected by the fact that she graduated with honors both from Marist College and from Pace University School of Law.
